Key Personnel

Phi-Van Houston – Managing Director / Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

As an Occupational Therapist, Van has worked in both government and private sectors, across various schemes and jurisdictions, to provide advice on issues relating to health and wellbeing, injury prevention and management, and OHS in the workplace for over 20 years.  Van has also provided independent home, functional and work site assessments for people of all abilities and diagnoses to assist with increasing their independence and safety in the home as well as work place.

Over the past few years, the focus of OHS services for Van extended from workplace based services for employers to include OHS reviews and audits of buildings and structures and assisting designers with meeting their obligations under the OHS Act through reviewing proposed developments and existing buildings. Van has also provided disability access services to assist designers to ensure that their designs have addressed disability access under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

Van has held various senior management roles including Regional Manager, and State Business Development and Compliance Manager.

Van has a very hands-on involvement with service delivery as she believes that it is important for every member of the Crosslinks’ consulting team to not lose sight of the real issues that are affecting our clients in order to be able to provide the most appropriate services to meet their needs.
